Serenity Townhomes offers 136 eco-friendly vacation town homes and is part of the Dream Resort. The whole resort is situated over 145 acres and is made up of four communities, Hidden Forest, Hidden Lakes, Serenity Townhomes and The Retreat. Each of the four communities have their own Eco-Clubs which feature a resort-style pool, games area and a fully equipped fitness centre. All the town homes on Serenity are eco-friendly and have wall and roof insulation, double glazed windows, energy efficient appliances and high performance air conditioning sy stems. The street lights are also solar powered. All the Serenity Townhomes also have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a covered lanai, balcony, splash pool and reserved parking. The community is located just off the Highway 27, in Clermont, and is just approximately a 15 minute drive away from the main gates of Walt Disney World.
