This 5 bedroom villa is located on the prestigous resort of Reunion and will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in comfort. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar to seat three. The kitchen overlooks the main dining table that seats eight and the living area that has sofas and flat screen TV which looks out through the sliding doors onto the pool deck. The home is quite unique as it has beautiful wooden flooring throughout the ground floor. There is a second living area loctaed on the landing which has a large sofa, small kitchenette and TV. The home has a games room which features a pool table, football table and air hockey. Guests have use of wifi throughout the home. The bedrooms consist of an ensuite king room, two ensuite queen rooms, one located on the ground floor, and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms have TV’s. Outside you will find your own private pool and furnished pool deck. There are two small lanais for shade from the sun and one for outdoor dining. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS NOT COVERED. Some homes have a summer kitchen/BBQ and it is the guests responsibility to to replenish the propane tank and clean the grill, if not a $100 charge will be applied. If the summer kitchen/BBQ is locked up then it is not to be used by the guests as it is the homeowners personal grill.
